British Healthcare Trades Association

BSHAA has negotiated special rates for sole traders and companies wishing to join the British Healthcare Trades Association to take advantage of their Office of Fair Trading approved consumer code.

Although all the subscription rates are lower,  sole traders and companies with a small number of dispensers will benefit from this arrangement.

BHTA members must abide by their Consumer Code but because it is approved by the Office of Fair Trading you will be able to display the OFT logo.

The BHSAA Customer Care Scheme has been accepted by British Healthcare Trades Association and the Office of Fair Trading as the complaints resolution service within the Consumer Code. This means if a client should complain to BHTA they will refer that complaint back to BSHAA to be handled under our scheme.
