Stansted Education Day 2010
A packed and informative programme has now been published for the Society's next education day to be held at the Stansted Hilton Hotel, on Saturday March 13th.
Topics include how to improve the customer experience, how the internet can help your business and clinical ear care. There's a session to bring you up to date with the latest BSHAA developments and a technology forum.

An exciting line-up of speakers is set to make the next BSHAA Congress an un-missable event. The programme is designed to help you in your day-to-day business development and update you with audiological advances. Michael Heppell, author of best selling books (including Five Star Service, One Star budget) is our key note speaker. Joining him will be Andy Cope who will give us an insight on how to be brilliant, and Marc Hogan, salesman turned international speaker. Dr Gus Mueller, Professor of Audiology, at Vanderbilt University, founder of the American Academy of Audiology, lecturer and author of many books on diagnostic audiology and hearing aids will update delegates on audiology matters. Forthcoming Events
Throughout the year BSHAA holds Study Days at various venues around the Country. These are open to non-members but for Society members and fellows attendance counts towards their continuing education. Booking forms and programmes will be sent to BSHAA members as soon as programmes are finalised, non-members should contact the Society by emailing secretary@bshaa.comor download the programme where indicated against the relevant event.
