Caring for your customers in the private hearing sector

Members of BSHAA are justifiably very proud of the high levels of customer service that they provide. They are registered health professionals and have to meet the standards of their regulator, the Health and Care Professions Council as well as BSHAA’s own BSHAA Code of Practice.  Members are also automatically enrolled in the Society’s Customer Care Scheme which provides extra assurance for the consumer if as sometimes happens,  things do go wrong.   This booklet explains the scheme and the responsibities of those dispensers and companies have to follow the scheme.
