Funding Considerations for Adult Hearing Care Consultation

BSHAA and the British Academy of Audiology (BAA) have jointly produced guidance on Funding Considerations for Adult Hearing Care. A consultation on the guidance closes on 27 March – please have your say.

The guidance is aimed at managers and commissioners who make decisions about the funding of audiology services at the Health Board/Clinical Commissioning Group level.

This consultation invites comments on individual sections and/or the entire document. Please insert your feedback under the relevant section. We are particularly interested in your feedback on the following questions:

• Have we captured the key cost drivers to consider for each of the listed services?

• Are you aware of any evidence-based guidelines we have not referenced and which we should include?

The consultation period is open until 27 March 2020.
