HEARING AID AUDIOLOGIST- OXFORD
Due to strong financial performance and a solid increase in workload, the Oxford Hearing Centre, a high-end Independent Hearing Healthcare practice, is now looking for a dedicated, clinically focused Hearing Aid Audiologist.
Responsibilities
To deliver best Audiological and aural-care service with the highest standard of clinical care, in line with the company vision and ethos.
To develop, deliver and promote strategies within the practice to increase efficiency, profitability, and performance
To offer the best clinical and technical advice and care for patients on an individual holistic basis
About You
Qualified, HCPC Registered Hearing Aid Audiologist.
A minimum of 3 years’ qualified experience in Clinical Audiology.
Commercially aware whilst dedicated to exemplary patient care.
Be passionate about audiology and ready to embrace innovation in products, technology and ways of working.
Have a strong sense of empathy for your clients by being confident and articulate and able to listen, and understand their issues, taking accountability for yourself.
Strive for excellence by continuously working to improve your own skills, knowledge, and ways of working.
Demonstrate a genuine desire to be part of the team and support those around you.
Flexible on travel – some domiciliary visits will be required on occasion.
IT literate, whilst specific training will be provided, you must be able to handle the demands of working with the latest technology including manufacturers’ integrated fitting systems, IT-based patient management systems, Office 365.
Due to the nature of the business, successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory DBS Check.
Salary negotiable, depending on age and experience.
