I have been a registered Hearing Aid Dispenser for in excess of 35 years and during that time have built up a wealth of experience which i believe is beneficial to our clients as well as the Hearing Aid Dispensers generally.
I have experience both from a short period as a small independent but predominately i have been involved with a large retailer at a senior management/Director level, with responsibility lately for aspects of training and compliance – which has involved development and implementation of standard, premier practises for all front line staff.
This training/implementation adding to the skillset as we delivered much of it virtually due to Covid and added greatly to my experience of convention training and coaching.
i have also had a significant period of time as Director of marketing which has given me a broader knowledge of the Hearing Aid sector generally and our client base specifically.
it is all of this knowledge/experience that I would now like to share with BSHAA council and members, new and old, to maintain and develop the current practices within Hearing Aid dispensing.
