We are pleased to be able to share with you the results of the Membership Survey we undertook in February.  There was a good response with a wide range of members taking part, although HCA’s and students were slightly under-represented.

In addition to the specific questions posed, we have included many of the comments and observations made, that aren’t necessarily statistically significant, but that we wanted to share with you, as they may reflect what other members are thinking.

We will use all your feedback to prioritise and shape our work going forward so thank you very much for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

Our first move will be to continue with the monthly email that we started at the beginning of the year, where we will keep you up to date with what is happening within BSHAA and around the industry itself.  There are other changes underway as a result of your feedback so watch this space!
