NCHA publishes data protection guidance

The NCHA – the National Community Hearing Association – has published guidance on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which will see major changes to data protection rules from May 2018.

The guidance explains the upcoming changes and aims to help community hearing care providers comply with the new rules.

THE NCHA says this is not final guidance, but a living document which will be updated in response to new advice from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and any further changes to UK law

Feedback on the guidance from BSHAA members is welcomed to inform future updates. Members can email nafees.rahman@the-ncha.com or call 020 7298 5130.
